Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Chneider Automation TXS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Comau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cleco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Comau such as the 1X40120AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 82100253RE manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 67ES by Manufacturer Cleco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand DMR72Q0150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Claymount such as 18475 equipment made by Claymount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Claymount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Claymount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VC5 made by Cognex as well as the popular M00449120 original spares produced by Cleveland

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AX9000THU2 by Ckd and 18475 spares by Claymount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original STL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ckd.
